The Carl E. Balita Review Center (CBRC) – Urdaneta Chapter hosted a diagnostic test for the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) for PSU-AC reviewees under the administration of Dr. Madlyn D. Tingco, campus executive director, at the Pangasinan State University – Asingan Campus library on August 9.

Dr. Gina B. Selga, Practice Teaching Internship coordinator, initiated the event to prepare graduating student teachers for the upcoming LEPT sessions scheduled for September 2024 and March 2025.

Participants faced a challenge as they completed a 100-item diagnostic test for both General Education and Professional Education subjects. The top three performers will receive scholarship grants from CBRC for their LEPT review sessions.

The participants valued the opportunity and support provided by the CBRC diagnostic test.

โ€œThe experience was enjoyable and very helpful, especially for those who will take the LET soon. It helped us โ€˜refreshโ€™ our knowledge from our 4-year studies at PSU-AC and allowed us to identify our strengths and weaknesses, so we know where to focus our efforts. Big thanks to CBRC Urdaneta Chapter for coming to PSU-Asingan to conduct the diagnostic test,โ€ shared Denbert Oguite, a graduating BSE Mathematics student, in an interview.
