Demonstrating its unwavering commitment to civic engagement and environmental sustainability, faculty members and non-teaching staff of PSU-AC participated in the Clean-up Drive organized by the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA). The initiative, part of the Volunteerism Advocacy During Festival Initiative (VADFI), took place around the Magnayon Pangasinan Expo on May 5, 2025.
This meaningful undertaking was championed by esteemed leaders, including Dr. Elbert M. Galas, University President, and Dr. Raseale G. Resultay, Vice President for Research, Extension, and Innovation, along with the REI Center Heads. Their steadfast support was complemented by the active involvement of Dr. Madlyn D. Tingco, Campus Executive Director of PSU-AC; Dr. Gloria M. Ducut, Center Head for Business Economics and Tourism; and Mr. Benjie S. Cansino, campus HR coordinator.
Further strengthening PSU-ACโs presence in the initiative, faculty members Ms. Mhean Turinga, Ms. Angie Amla, Ms. Ma. Elizabeth Della, Ms. Princess Day Balolong, and Ms. Alma Mendoza contributed their time and effort, reinforcing the universityโs spirit of volunteerism.
Through its participation in the clean-up drive, PSU-AC not only reaffirmed its commitment to educational excellence but also demonstrated its dedication to building a socially responsible and environmentally conscious community.
