Pangasinan State University, Bayambang Campus, hosted a benchmarking activity for PSU Asingan Campus on July 10 as part of their preparations for the Level IV (Phase 2) Accreditation of their Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE) and Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEE) programs.
The event aimed to help the Asingan team identify areas for improvement and adopt best practices to meet the highest accreditation standards, focusing on research, graduate performance, community services, international linkages, consortia, and planning.
Dr. Gudelia M. Samson, campus executive director of PSU Bayambang, welcomed the Asingan team, emphasizing the importance of knowledge sharing to elevate educational standards. Key presentations were delivered by Dr. Vemma Mae G. Olivar, Dr. Emmanuel Ross B. Tomas, Assoc. Prof. Mary Ann C. Macaranas, Dr. Amela T. Cayabyab, and Asst. Prof. Jomar R. Gonzales.
Dr. Madlyn D. Tingco, campus executive director of PSU Asingan, led the visiting team, accompanied by faculty and staff members. The event featured in-depth discussions and interactive sessions, fostering camaraderie and collaboration.
The benchmarking activity equipped PSU Asingan with valuable insights and practices, positioning them to achieve Level IV accreditation and enhance the quality of their educational programs.
