The Pangasinan State University Food Innovation Center (PSU-FIC) in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) holds a 2- day training seminar entitled “Food Innovation Center Inventrepreneur School #3: Tupig Innovations and Processing Technologies for Increase Business Opportunities”. The said event aims to help the members of the Tocok Tupig Makers Association who came all the way from San Fabian to develop and produce high quality Tupig products that could be sold not only in the Philippines but also anywhere around the globe.The Campus Executive Director of PSU Bayambang, Dr. Liza L. Quimson along with the Executive Secretary of the Municipality of San Fabian, Mr. Antonio Supremido, Jr., and all the PSU-FIC DOST1 researchers and personnel headed by its focal person, Dr. Raquel C. Pambid were all present during the opening program.The lecture/workshop on the first batch of trainees is now happening at the FIC.
