ENPAP 4.0 Inc., an organization of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Management Practitioners, Professionals and Consultants, is the network partner of the ASEAN Center for Energy (ACE), Jakarta, Indonesia, conducts the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Training Course under the ASEAN Energy Management Scheme (AEMAS) since 2010 in the Philippines.
The AEMAS Certified Manager (CEM) Training Course is a three (3) day On-line & On-site training program consisting of lectures and training to include basic quiz, workshop, question and answer, and other teaching method appropriate for the course. This training program is recognized by ten (10) ASEAN countries + 3, in which, ENPAP 4.0 Inc. is the main partner for the Philippines, has been conducted for more than ten (10) years to date.

𝐄𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧, both from the Electrical Engineering Department of PSU Urdaneta, who successfully completed and passed the training which took place at Bayview Park Hotel, Pasay City last July 7-9, and the awarding of certification in recognition of their fulfillment of all the obligations under the ASEAN Energy Management Scheme (AEMAS) which was conducted last October 9, 2021 at The Bayleaf Hotel, Gen. Trias, Cavite.
