The research project entitled “101 Ways to Prepare Moringa Dishes” produced various ways to prepare dishes out of Moringa. The dishes that were produced during the conduct of the study are now being extended to the community in an Extension Project training the beneficiaries to prepare the granula bar, moringa cookies and moringa pancake.

The extension project was conducted at Mangrove Information Center and Nursery, Bolinao Field Office, Arnedo, Bolinao on November 25, 2021 where the team demonstrated how to cook the two dishes.

On November 28, 2021, the extension team went to San Vicente West Integrated School, Asingan, Pangasinan where they trained the participants in preparing the granula bars, moringa pancake and moringa cookies. Participants who attended the training are the parents, teachers, out-of-school youth of San Vicente West, Asingan, Pangasinan.

Kankanaey tribe of Sta. Maria, Umingan, Pangasinan was the final recipient of the extension project on 101 Ways to Prepare Moringa Dishes. The said activity was conducted on December 27, 2021. Marketing Seminar was also included in each of the three programs that was conducted.
