As its newfangled ally, Pangasinan State University shared best practices in research to Colegio de Dagupan through a webinar conducted by the latter on May 21 via Zoom.

The event served as the very first pivoted milestone for PSU and CdD as newfound partners in advancing quality higher education in the country which resulted from the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the two HEIs last May 18, 2021.

The MOU provisions both Institutions to exchange and advance collaborative opportunities in areas of academics, research, and extension.

Public Relations, Publication and Information Office (PRPIO) Director, Dr. Randy Joy M. Ventayen served as resource speaker with the topic “Research Journal Management and Indexing” primary focused on the creation of scholarly profile, brief introduction of the institution’s research journal, and journal installation process.

The collaborative action is a groundwork of great opportunities for both universities in forging ahead quality and relevant learning mechanisms, professional methodologies, and internationalization of higher education.
