Ms. JENNIFER R. MIGUEL has been approved by the Commission on Higher Education for the Scholarships for Staff and Instructors’ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP) Grant for a full-time scholarship under the Delivering HEI Model. She is currently enrolled at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University –SLUC for the degree Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics Education. The scholarship contract took effect on November 12, 2021 and shall be in full force and effect until the completion of the grantee’s degree program as specified in her study plan (3 years). As a SIKAP grantee, she will be on full-time study leave and will receive financial privileges such as actual tuition and other school fees, monthly living allowance, book allowance, transportation allowance, and dissertation allowance.
