The Parents/Guardians Computer Literacy program was conceived and designed by the group of consultants to introduce a new learning materials application in mathematics and guide the target clientele on how to deal with their children in their online class so that they could help or assist their children in searching and uploading their documents with the use of computer, well-informed in etiquette in online class, cyber bullying and cyber crime law.
This training program was initiated by the Pangasinan State University-Asingan with the Group of Consultants namely: Dr. Valentin B. Calpo, campus executive director , PSU-Asingan; Dr. Nemia C. Galang , college dean of Technology and Business; JB O. Doria, Dept. Chair and together with his Faculty in BS IT and partner stakeholders of Barangay San Vicente West, Asingan, Pangasinan.
