To outline the Strategic Plan for 2021-2025 to Annual Operational Plan 2021 and to the Individual Performance Commitment of the employees, the office of the Coordinator for Planning cascaded the SDP 2021-2025 and AOP 2021 last March 11, 2021, Wednesday, at the PSU Binmaley Campus Library.
All targets for AOP 2021 of the campus were discussed to the employees along the six (6) strategic goals of the University namely: Excellent Student Learning and Career Development; Strong Research Culture and Technology transfer; Good Governance; Sustainable Social Responsiveness; Responsive to Globalization and Diversity and Customer focused.
During the presentation of the AOP, the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which were applicable for the teaching and non-teaching staff were emphasized. This is for the employees to identify their targets in crafting their Individual Performance Commitment (IPC).
The said event was supported by the Campus Executive Director Dr. Roy C. Ferrer, together with the Administrative Officer Mr. Jonathan R. Jose; the three college deans: Dr. Rosie S. Abalos of the College of Fisheries; Dr. Rosario B. Miguel from the College of General Teacher Education and Allied Sciences; and Dr. Romeo A. Caloza of College of Criminal Justice Education. It was attended by all teaching and non-teaching staff.
